Rebirthing Workshop: A Renewed Self-Concept
In our lives we have self-constructed fear. We have anger, attachment, and pain. Most of these phenomenons come from the first 11 years of life. But we don’t have to suffer and we don’t have to be in pain. We can divert all destructions that come towards us by using our intuitive, meditative psyche.
The rhythm of the brain and neurons can get out of sync. Rhythmic meditation is nothing but concentrating and consolidating the cleanliness of the rhythmic brain. Meditation will change the biorhythm of the brain.
In this workshop we will work with rhythms. We will do rhythmic meditation and tune the rhythms in the brain. We’ll circulate the Har mantra in the brain area. We can clean house. It’ll be a very healing process.
Beginner's Welcome - we'll spend some time in this workshop introducing fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga.
