Santa's coming to Snack Attack! Here comes Santa Claus, here comes Santa Claus, right down Snack Attack lane... We are so excited to have Jolly Old Saint Nick visit us this year! The big man himself will be hanging out for complimentary photos and house-made hot cocoa! Stop by for some afternoon grub and hang with the man himself! Lauren Storeby is the co-owner of Snack Attack Specialty Sandwiches and Brews and the creator of Bend & Brew Yoga FOCO along with Park Yoga Love FOCO! Lauren has a passion for healthy living and building community through the practice of yoga! Lauren is a 200 hour certified power flow instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience. She returned to her love of teaching yoga last November where she started Bend & Brew at Snack Attack creating a space for yoga beginners to come to a casual and comfortable space to learn the basics of yoga flow. Now that Spring has arrived she will be moving her Saturday morning class to Spring Park for outdoor park yoga! She loves nothing more than bringing the best of both worlds together- fitness and healthy living with the wonderful world of beer! Because life is too short not to live a little!
