Our co-op is looking to contract a part-time super to help maintain heating, water and general maintenance issues in our building. Must haves: - Lives in or near Prospect Heights - 10+ years experience with NYC buildings of 15+ units - Detailed knowledge and experience with boilers, electrical, and mechanical - Proactive communicator - Comfortable using apps on phone - 2-3 solid references - Works with an existing network of contractors, locksmiths, craftsmen, etc.
