A life that matters is something that may have been a question or concern even before the COVID-19 pandemic, or may have been brought up or reorganized in the process of re-evaluating your life during the pandemic. This seminar will identify some barriers, such as thoughts and feelings, that may be getting in the way of finding a meaningful life. The basic ideas behind cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) will be introduced as a resource that may help.
We will be available to answer any questions that you have about psychological services and provide resources in the community. Presented by a licensed psychologist. This is an educational seminar and is not intended as a therapy session.
