Come ground your feet In the sand at "Empowerment Yoga on the Beach" every LAST SUNDAY of each month! Yoga on the beach is refreshing, rejuvenating and revitalizing to the mind, body and spirit. Come enjoy 90 minutes of Empowerment Yoga Flow, African drumming, Singing Bowl Meditation, Community, Food and Fun! Please Bring Your own food and you may stay or leave at your will after the class is over. This class is for ALL ages & fitness levels! LOCATION: 5600 Seawall Blvd (directly in front of Galveston Island Convention Center) TIME: Arrive 8:00am | Class starts @ 9:00am-11:00am PAYMENT: $20/person KIDS ARE WELCOME & FREE under 17 years old!!
