That brave, empowered woman who stands up for what she believes, takes risks, and is ready to inspire the world with her unique gifts. Break through the fear, worry, and doubt that are holding you hostage from the life path you are meant to be on, with Lucia DiVieste Severtson, Women’s Empowerment Coach, and Kristin Kissell, Embodied Intuitive Spiritual Mentor. Lucia and Kristin will realign you with your True voice, that unstoppable all knowing voice that wants to scream your TRUTH. Through the use of dance/movement and drama therapy techniques you will be taken on a journey that will help you discover patterns of mind and body that are blocking you from moving into leadership of your own life. Learn to expand your identity and wake up dormant parts of yourself that you have exiled or don’t even know exist. Gain confidence to stand your ground and BE YOU! *Due to COVID 19, workshop size is limited to 10 participants. Attendees must maintain social distance of 6 feet apart from one another. Move! Dance Studio in Lakewood offers a large space with plenty of room to move and social distance. All participants will be required to wear a face mask throughout the duration of the workshop. *You will receive a full refund should this workshop need to be delayed due to the risk of COVID 19 infection. Before becoming a Psychotherapist, Lucia DiVieste-Severtson aspired to be an actor. She studied the craft of acting in numerous places including New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto. While studying physical theatre in Italy, she became inspired to use drama and dance for therapeutic purposes. She continued her studies at Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts where she earned her Masters of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy in 2008. Lucia has been practicing as a Licenesed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado since 2011 and also holds certification as a Registered Dance Movement Therapist through the American Dance Therapy Association. Kristin Kissell is a theologian, professional coach, educator, and facilitator specializing in body and somatic education, the mind-body-spirit connection blending unique aspects of Ignitian spirituality, divine feminine, intuition, and the chakras, along with the process of how to live a thriving life through discovering your Soul Compass. She creates safe, sacred space for spiritual discovery, embodied wisdom, and intuitive guidance for the crossroads of life. Her 25+ years as a trained dancer, along with her Masters of Theology specializing in comparative theology and spirituality, is where she has honed her creative expression, voice, dedication, and artistic mastery. --
