Natural movement skills for those looking for more flow, balance & expansion of their movement diet. Come GRAVITY SURF in the park!! ReWILD your pilates, yoga or holistic/whole-bodied fitness practice to reveal your body's truest capability. Learn how to get fit for nature and be a GRAVITY SURFER on land. BALANCE AND FLOW inherently improve when the human learns to move from the body's felt sense wisdom. Along with my embodied movement coaching, you will experience how indoor whole body movement patterns come fully alive when exploring in nature while uncovering parts of the body that have been unfed and dormant. This is not for beginner movers. This WILL BE A PHYSICALLY CHALLENGING class. Must have movement experience, no recent injuries and the willingness to discover a new and deeper way to feel yourself being moved by its environment. This is a mixed level class. If you are newer to hanging, handstands or step ups/downs, I will demonstrate the foundational building blocks for all primal movement patterns. Nature will provide many levels of challenge for all levels. Skills covered will be dependent on which park location and what areas/equipment is being utilized at the time of our event.
