Join Carly Jean Wright, Associate Clinical Social Worker, Postpartum Doula & Motherhood Mentor in this weekly support group to connect with other families in postpartum. In this semi structured weekly group, we will discuss different self care topics and the general ups and downs of postpartum. This is a great opportunity to build your circle of support, spend some time caring for you, and learning new skills to master this phase of your life. Space is limited to 5 seats, suggested donation $10. Cancellation policy: You will not receive a refund if you cannot attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment so we can open another slot for another family. Thank you for your understanding. COVID-19 We are taking necessary precautions and following CDC guidelines to protect you and your family. At this time, we are asking that only the nursing parent and baby come to support group and no additional family or siblings. Upon entry, we will require temperature checks and covid questionnaires to be filled out. All adults will be required to wear a mask and Ruth will be cleaning the scale regularly. Please bring your own nursing pillow if needed. Carly Jean Wright is a new mom, associate social worker, master energy healer, and postpartum mental health educator.
