Christmas Eve outdoor worship service at Calvary United Methodist Church in Arlington, Virginia. We are so happy that you want to worship with us at Calvary! We want to make our service as safe as we possibly can for you and everyone else in worship with you. To do that, we must ask those who plan on attending for certain information and issue them a ticket to attend. Adults may request a ticket on behalf of their minor children. By requesting this ticket to attend a worship service in person at Calvary, I affirm that I (or my minor child for whom I am requesting this ticket): 1. I have not had 2 or more of the following symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days: FeverShortness of breath or difficulty breathing ChillsPersistent coughFlu-like symptomsDiarrhea or intestinal upsetFatigueSore throatHeadacheMuscle pain2. To the best of my knowledge, I have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (identified above) in the past 14 days. 3. I have not tested positive for COVID-19, nor am I awaiting test results, nor have I tested positive and have not subsequently had complete resolution of COVID19 symptoms. 4. I will immediately notify my pastor if after attending In-Person Worship I develop 2 or more symptoms of COVID-19, will avoid contact with others and will seek medical attention. If you plan on attending with a group, then please e-mail [email protected] to let us know how many are in your group so that we can plan accordingly. Calvary will hold this service in its parking lot. While there is no on-site parking, parking is available on the neighborhood streets or in the nearby Melwood parking lot. You may access the worship service through either the South Grant Street or the South 24th Street entrances. We invite you to dress comfortably and to bring something to sit on. Please note that the building and its restrooms will be closed. Calvary looks forward to seeing you!
