I have a nice house in Hamilton, MT. I live here part time. There are a number of painting and other home improvement projects I would like to get done and could use some help. The house is a 2 BR / 1 Ba. Furnished. Comfortable. I am adding a 3rd bedroom downstairs, a kitchenette, shower room and powder room. The projects do not impact the main living area. Sufficient funds on hand to complete all projects. Would like to hire someone to help me with these projects part time. Experience preferred, but not necessary. Prefer to offer housing at discounted rate in lieu of cash for work, but not necessary. Women or men, children okay. Dogs okay. Must be hardworker, responsible, respectful and bring a positive attitude. Fully vaccinated a must and due caution is necessary. Can be up in Missoula for first meeting as I travel there once a week or more. House is close to downtown and grocery stores, a vehicle is not absolutely necessary.
