ISO Aquarium for Butters!

Currently in search of a aquarium for my girl, Butters. I cannot find one in my area for a reasonable price. I need something more than 10 gallons, probably closer to 20 gallons. If you have one lying around for free or cheap, I'd love to take it off your hands! I'm not paying more than thirty bucks for anything. Here's a picture of my girl Butters.
