CONTRACTORS Need Advise PLEASE HELP!

Hey Contractors, Need ADVISE !!! PLEASE HELP !!! So I got a house in August and since I was being kicked out of rent, I went full force into remodeling it so I can move in asap. I wasn't bothering about getting permits or didn't weigh the need that I need to get the permits, since I wasn't gonna change structure etc. But I did end up changing quite few things. 3 months in with my family being in the house and finishing the remodeling, I got a notice on my door for inspection. Saying that I need to get permits for all the work that's being done on the inside. And I have a deadline Dec 1 to submit for all the permits, so they don't put me on a violation. Not sure what to do at this point. If anyone was in a situation like that, please advise. PLEASE HELP.!!!
