Description

Christmas Cookie Baking Class December 19, 10 AM - Noon at The Copley House kitchen. Class fee is $25 per student. Laura Oakes will oversee hands-on instruction in making 3 traditional Christmas Cookies; Nut Horns, Frosted Sugar Cookie Stars and Shortbread Snowballs. Bakes will be shared to take home. All classes will follow New York State and the Lyme Community Foundation Board of Director’s guidelines. Appropriate masks will be provided and worn during class (no buffs or bandanas). Hand sanitizer is to be used and temperature will be taken upon entering The Copley House for classes.
