Waiiaka RV Park Maintenance Person Part Time: 3-4 days a week (semi-flexible) Starting Pay: $17.50 / Hr Benefits: paid sick leave, paid vacation, insurance options, Friendly and rewarding work environment Starts: immediately Job Description: General park maintenance tasks such as landscaping, basic repairs, litter & trash patrol Pumping propane (will train) Emergency management (shutting off supply lines and cleanup) Basic construction Painting Site inspections Skills / abilities needed: Basic knowledge of light plumbing and electrical Power & hand tool use Small engine operation Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Be on feet for work hours Independent & team work abilities Customer relations and service skills Problem solving skills Bi-Lingual ability is a HUGE plus! Must provide: Reliable transportation to work Current and valid driver’s license Verifiable references for prior work experience Proper and safe work attire for outdoor tasks Productive and positive work attitude This job won’t bore you, nor will it run you into the ground.
