Nail Artist looking for Manicurist to rent space with or do mobile appointments

I am an accomplished nail artist with stunning results and 20yrs experience. Looking to open a business in Auburn with a couple of nail technicians to perform manicures, pedicures, nail extensions and artificial nail application. I do strictly nail polish application and artwork on top of that. I use all different types of tools and brushes and do all different types and styles of polish designs. But I do not remove polish, perform manicures pedicures, or install artificial nails. I am looking for a nail technician or two who would want to partner with me and share in the expenses of having a small location in Auburn or doing back to back appointments with clients so you go before me with the manicure then I do polish & designs. If we partnered for mobile we could share clients too. Just a thought. I’m in the early stages of planning right now. Just putting the feelers out there to see if the universe connect me with the right person.
