Great paying job for the right person. We are looking for people to earn a good living helping us deliver appliances in the greater Savannah Georgia area. Days start early in the state of the art distribution center located in Hardeesville, SC.
As a helper you will be required to be on the dock at 6am ready for work. Job includes loading appliances for delivery, calling customers to confirm delivery address, obtain information as to where appliance is to be installed, confirm a time frame of delivery, etc. Basically the job of the Appliance Delivery Helper is to assist our contractors in achieving a flawless, prompt delivery with no damages to the appliances or customers homes.
Your day starts early and in most cases ends early depending on the skills you have. Most of the day will be in the truck sitting BUT you must be strong enough and in shape enough to perform this job.
This is a 1099 job meaning that you will be self employed and able to take self employment tax deductions such as using your vehicle to get to distribution center, meals, etc.
There are requirements of a background check.
