Seeking Residential Handyman- Long term, part time position: Experience NOT necessary- will train the right person for the job. Duties include routine maintenance, repair and ongoing upkeep of residential rental units throughout the Verde Valley. Part time, on-call, salaried position, performing regular household maintenance items, attending to tenant repair requests, preparing units for new tenants when vacated and all emergency repairs as needed. Work vehicle and tools provided- candidates must possess valid drivers license and be prepared to travel regularly to all Verde Valley communities. Workloads should be expected to ebb and flow according to seasonal maintenance, current vacancies as well as emergency repairs. Therefore, ideal candidates will be extremely flexible, dependable and reliable with scheduling, and availability. A working knowledge of residential mechanical systems or residential construction is very helpful, but not necessary for consideration. Opportunities for additional income exist and will be discussed with interested candidates.
