11/27/21: Lost beagle/dachshund goes by Shinobi or Nobi. 13 lbs, female, 4yo, black & brown, floppy ears. Gray cloth collar with a bow and bells. Has tags and is chipped. Skittish around strangers so approach with care. SPOTTED: 11/28/21 approx 530pm, south on Water at Cadence View Way heading towards the park
