Our operating hours are 10:00am though 3:30pm. Your visit with Santa will be dependent on your arrival time, on a first come first serve basis. This ticket can not to be used for Village of Lights or in combination with any package or program. Due to COVID-19, certain offerings may be modified, have limited capacities or be unavailable and are not guaranteed. Face coverings will be required in accordance to NYS regulations.
