Paws on Pearl, LLC dog daycare, boarding, grooming + training has immediate positions available for Kennel Attendants for all shifts - part-time, full-time and overnight. The Kennel Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and health of daycare and boarding dogs in an open play environment. Responsible for keeping kennels and common play areas clean; handling large volume of dogs throughout designated play areas; introducing dogs into group play areas as well as maintaining control and safety procedures. Requirements: Minimum high school graduate or GED preferred Have own, reliable transportation Good oral communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem solve under pressure Previous work experience demonstrating dependability Previous experience providing animal care (personal or job related) Self motivated, independent worker Proven ability to follow instructions and learn new things Ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated flexibility and proven coping skills
