Looking for a band to share our lockout practice space in downtown rehearsal. Share is $305 per month, and you get two nights per week (more if you go in outside standard weekday evening hours).
It’s a full lockout space, video cameras in the halls, 24 hour security guard, loading docks with freight elevators.
Everyone sharing our room is vaccinated, and we’d prefer the same for new tenants.
