CHRISTMAS DINNER TO-GO! Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is offering Christmas Dinners To-Go available on Christmas Eve, Thursday, December 24 and Christmas, Friday, December 25th. Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and Executive Pastry Chef A.J. Thalakkat are creating holiday magic with their culinary teams. Dinners offer several mouth-watering choices. First Course, Choose 2: Forest Mushrooms Bisque Crab Chowder Soup Beetroot Salad, Goat Cheese, Citrus Segments, Rooftop Honey & Balsamic Vinaigrette Tomato & Mozzarella Salad, Basil Dressing Entrées, Choose 2: Dark Meat & Breast of Turkey with Gravy Roasted Ham Bourbon Honey Glaze Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Merlot & Pan Jus Mushroom Ravioli, Romesco Sauce Side Dishes, Choose 3: Roasted Brussels sprouts, Turnips Fingerling Potatoes & Rosemary White Bean Cassoulet, Pearl Onions Broccolini & Parmesan Chorizo Sausage & Sage Stuffing Whipped Yukon Gold Potatoes Green Beans, Baby Carrots & Butternut Squash Desserts, Choose 2: Eggnog White Chocolate Torte Black Forest Yule Log Festive Fruit Cake, Marzipan Butter Cream Christmas Diner To-Go is priced at $65 per person, with a minimum order of two, excluding tax. Orders must be placed by Monday, December 21st at 12:00 noon. Reheating instructions and a hot-line phone number will be included for those who have questions.
