We sincerely appreciate your cooperation! TICKETING: ChefScape staff will assign your table based on your party size. If coming with a group, please purchase tickets together, it's the only way to ensure you'll be placed together. If purchasing separately, please contact us and we will do our best to place you together. Lounge seating is on a first request/first serve basis and you need to have at least 8 in your party. [email protected] PLEASE NOTE, a "no show" reservation is considered to be 30 minutes late past the posted band start time. Please understand that in cases of "no shows" we need to give your table to walk-in guests and no refunds can be provided. In times like these we need every paying guest possible and we sincerely appreciate your kindness and understanding of this policy. :) UPON ARRIVAL: All Guests must wear masks upon entering and anytime not seated at a table. All guests will check in at the front door and agree to be temperature scanned via a Non-contact Infrared Forehead Thermometer. Guests with higher than normal temperature will not be allowed to enter. No one experiencing symptoms, having a temperature, or having been exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days of this event will be allowed entry. FOOD & DRINK ORDERING: To minimize clustering near our bar and food vendors we have changed to a full service staff model in which a bar server will be assigned to your table. In addition, we have implemented a QR Code ordering system that allows you to place and pay for your order from your table via the camera on your phone. All orders will be delivered directly to you. Please note that in addition to the above, we have installed a UV Light Air Scrubbing System within our HVAC system to combat air and surface airborne contaminants.
