Remodel staircase and paint and re-trim foyer

Hello! We have a large foyer/hallway in need of serious TLC! We are looking to remodeling our staircase and replace our balusters, handrails and newel. In addition to that, we also need the trim updated in the foyer and new coat of paint. Lastly, the steps itself need to be sanded and repainted. This is a big job and we want someone with experience and the ability to get this done by early January. This is a paid position and we are flexible on pricing.
