Seeking a few skilled handyman, $20/hr. I have 20 homes in need of rehab and would like to add an energetic member seeking long term steady work. Job sites are around Detroit metro, must have own car and basic tools.
Required skills: carpentry, painting, installing cabinets, light fixtures, vinyl plank floors, windows, trim, etc. Electric, plumbing and HVAC are a plus but not required. If you do framing, projects such as adding bathrooms to houses and installing headers when opening walls please mention that in your reply.
