Country Lane MH Park is seeking an "on-call" handyperson to address maintenance issues at a 8 unit mobile home park.
Person should be familiar with minor electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, septic line cleaning, toilet repairs, door lock replacements, minor carpentry, water heater coil replacement, stove coil replacement, etc.
Pay is $250./month, payable at the end of the month. for up to 16 hours of work. any work beyond 16 hours to be negotiated prior to commencement.
