LOST WALLET...HELP!

9th near Euclid, Cleveland OH

PLEASE help me find my wallet that had NO MONEY in it. I'm a student and National Guard Reservist. My wallet has sentimental value to me and contains my military I.D., student I.D., driver's license, CANCELLED credit cards, and an irreplaceable token that was given to me by my mother a few years ago. My wallet is brown with a U.S. Flag printed on the front. Lost it near the corners of 9th St. and Euclid Ave. I'm offering a $100 cash reward. Thank you.
