I hate that he's tied up due to other dogs around who tried to get at him before. And when inside he has to be kenneled. My other dogs roam free and he looks so sad that he cant since he sprays everything. I also work too much that I can't maintain his hair like I should. Just need someone WITHOUT any male dogs who can care for him. Asking for $150 or best offer to insure a good home.
