Please read to the bottom where you can apply. A New York research firm is conducting usability testing on behalf of a well-known online payroll provider for small businesses. Participants will walk through an online enrollment process (you will NOT actually be enrolling, just testing the system) to perform some key tasks and then share your thoughts, feedback and mindset to ensure the user experience is clear and to let us know where it can be improved or simplified. We will not ask you to enter any “real” data or anything that is confidential. We will provide test data to use, if required. This is strictly research to get feedback on recent improvements to the website. (Think focus-group, but an individual session instead of a group.) The 45 minute individual session will be conducted over zoom. The compensation is a $100 Amazon eGiftCard, emailed to you after you have completed the research session.
