We have part time work available, 1- 2 days a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays (during the day, not nights or weekends), 6 hours a day, doing basic help with rental properties in Clifton, help with clearing clutter in basements, light cleaning, some yard care, knowledge to fix small things is not necessary but a plus. Must be energetic, have constant working cell phone and reliable vehicle. Our properties are smoke free, therefore, no smoking on job. We do background checks/drug testing.
Best if you live in Clifton or very close to Clifton because, sometimes not often, I may need someone to respond to a situation quickly.
Decent pay. We're a small company and are proud of our well maintained properties and expect you to be sharp.
