need to move a 500 gallon propane tank approximately 150 miles

I have a 500 gallon propane tank on my rural property near Buffalo, Missouri. I need to move this tank approximately 150 miles to the Columbia, Missouri area. My understanding is that, to do this legally, the driver will need a current CDL, with HazMat endorsement, a pickup or SUV and a flatbed trailer capable of handling the weight, plus tie downs and appropriate insurance. The tank will be empty so no additional permits should be required. We will likely need assistance with loading; we are seeking to skid the tank off the trailer at the destination. If the driver has a trailer more appropriate to this task, making loading and unloading easier, we would prefer this. This is a one-off task, not a steady job. I am seeking to accomplish this between 12/08 and 12/12/2021. The driver may be based anywhere between these points.
