I am looking to hire a licensed and experienced plumber or contractor to help fix two issues in properties I own in Baltimore City. Please see description below Property #1: (600 Block of Dumbarton Avenue) Repairing boiler which has severely been impacted due to the pressure it’s been running at for a while. We received a quote that is exceptionally high and are looking for others. The company suggest that we do the following "Instal new expansion tank, install an air separator, replace the relief valve with the correct one, clean the heat exchanger, and do a combustion analyzer test." We’re looking for more quotes as this issue must be corrected soon. We have a tenant living inside and the heating system is not working properly. The tenant works until about 6:00pm in the evening and is not available during the day. She has availability on the weekend so coordinating a time to fix the issue has been somewhat challenging. Property #2: 900 block of N Bentalou St We believe that due to the base flooring under the 3 piece shower unit being uneven, that water is leaking out from the 2nd floor shower unit into the 1st floor ceiling. We have tried caulking around the shower many times, however the issue comes back. We believe that the 3 piece unit must be removed, to fix the flooring and use the correct type of drywall.
