We are looking to schedule some work at one of our properties on the Main Street in Spring City. Below are the things we're looking to have done. Repair Crown/Soffit and Replace Missing Corbels. Scrape and Paint Replace left and right Columns. The end of the porch is wood and is rotting. I would like to trim 6 inches off the edge and replace with a trim piece perpendicular to the deck. Remove existing railing and install traditional railing with square balusters. Scrape and Paint all Wood in front of Building and Paint.
