One stall open to public. Quiet farm, minimal trails in back but close to Erie Canal trails and Verona beach. Horses fed grain 2x daily, hay 3x daily. Hay in pastures. Hay, grain, and sawdust delivered weekly so it’s fresh. Second cut is also available for horses who need it. Stalls are 12x12 and matted, cleaned daily sometimes 2x a day, buckets dumped daily and scrubbed on weekends. Will feed out supplements if owner brings them. Blankets are not an issue either and we don’t charge extra for putting them on or taking them off. Barn stays fairly warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Large indoor with bright lights. Outdoor arena will be constructed this late spring/early summer. Lessons on property but trainers welcome! Heated in winter, a/c in summer in tackroom, TV, fridge. Ruff Veterinary Chiropractic for horses and dogs on property, farrier on farm weekly, 2-veterinarians. Awesome group of people boarding here currently. Fully insured and NYS fire inspected! Owners live on property so we do night check as late as 11pm. No stallions.
