Immediate Maintenance Person help needed for the following: 1) Can resolve basic property maintenance issues as they pop up and has good communication between management and residents / guests. Ability to do other repairs, such as siding repair and light carpentry or plumbing a plus. 2) Helps management with basic administrative assistance such as rent collections and tenant relations, such as posting notices and resolving complaints by visiting residents.
