Anyone Know of A Rescue for puppies?

I work with a lady that says 2 puppies were dropped off at her house. She says they are probably like 5 weeks and look like German Shepard. I would take them in but I have 2 dogs of my own. Right now I know they stay outside and it has been cold outside. Anyone know of any rescues that could help? I say rescues because I do not want them to end up back outside. I want them to be seen by a vet and hopefully be inside pets. I would be willing to pick them up and bring them to you, please let me know. Thanks
