Need help loading 1 item into truck

Hi, I need help loading a piece of equipment, about the size of a small dorm refrigerator, into the back of a jeep. It weighs about 70 pounds. It's on the ground floor and about 15 feet from the back door. It's a delicate item and will need to be put on a dolly (which I don't have). The building address is 300 State St E, Oldsmar, FL 34677. I need it loaded Sunday the 28th. The preferred time is around 12:00. Please let me know your rate, if you have a dolly and the time you're available. Thanks!
