By popular demand, we're hosting another Holiday Mixology Class in Nellie's Taproom!
One of Taft's Ale House most experienced bartenders is teaching an intimate cocktail class served with a three-course brunch, only open to 24 people. This time, the cocktails will be focused around all things merry and bright!
With your ticket, you'll learn the process step-by-step of crafting three perfectly balanced delicious drinks to enjoy right then and there along with delicious brunch entrees to compliment the flavors. Plus, we'll provide you with recipe cards so you're prepared to recreate at home.

Course 1: Thick Sourdough French Toast topped with Santa’s Bribe Bananas Foster sauce and Spiced Hazelnut Whipped Cream, paired with a Cranberry Fig Clarified Milk Punch Cocktail
Course 2: Blackberry Ginger Sorbet, paired with a Apple Ginger Shrub Cocktail
Course 3: Creole Shrimp and Fried Gouda Grit Cakes, paired with a Roasted Cherry Tomato Bloody Maria Cocktail
