"Once you learn to read, you will be forever free." - Frederick Douglass "Pancakes & Purpose" is an event designed to help children in grades K-2 nurture their love for reading, build their home libraries, and remember that they were created for purpose! "Pancakes & Purpose" is overseen by an Ohio-licensed professional educator and former teacher and principal with over 20 years of experience.  Children at "Pancakes & Purpose" can expect a safe, fun, and quality experience. Due to COVID, we are having a drive-thru experience this year! Drive-thru with your pre-registered children in grades K-2 between 11:30 and 12:45, and they each will receive the following: 1. Pancake Breakfast To Go 2. Purpose Goodie Bag (brand new book, treat, purpose reminder) Frequently Asked Questions How do I drive through? The best way to drive through is by entering the alley behind the church off of Champion Avenue and then making a left into the church parking lot. We will meet you there! No, but we will ask for your child's or children's names to check them off of our pre-registration list.
