Qahwa Grand Opening: Concert on the Terrace

A concert on the terrace of Qahwa cafe featuring youth performers, local talents and headliner Native Deen! Many of you have been with us along this journey over the past 10 years in developing Qahwa and the youth center. We are honored to invite you all to a special two day event commemorating this incredible milestone. We will begin at 10 am on 12/10 with a ribbon cutting ceremony to unveil the space. Then at 7 pm Imam Magid and Joshua Salaam will bless the space with its first Qahwaytions (coffee and conversations) a youth circle discussion. Then on Saturday 12/11, the real fun begins at 12:30 with Cars n' Coffee, a car and bike show in the back parking lot. At 2:00 our special event begins, a Concert on the Terrace, with performances from our communities top talents, including special guests Native Deen! We'll close out the night with bonfires and s'mores in the backlot. Both days Qahwa will be hosting tours and will be serving it's full menu including our winter specials. This kind of dream being realized deserves a special celebration with the focus on our amazing community - we can't wait to see you there!
