Build studios in a large industrial space

We are seeking a contractor who can help us divide a large industrial space into multiple separate work studios ranging from 150 to 1000 sqft. The ceiling of the space is high, so we need to review proposals on how to enclose the tops of the studios without running the walls all the way to the ceiling (leaving the spaces open on top is not an option). Need to figure out heat, electric and lighting for the studios. The space has a Reznor heating unit mounted up high.
