NewYork Residential Snow Removal Company is seeking motivated, reliable, customer-centric individuals to become part of their dynamic team of Site and Dispatch Manager!!! Are you?  Good with managing a team?  Have superb customer service?  In possession of a driver’s license and owns/have access to a reliable motor vehicle?  Can you operate heavy duty snow equipment/machines?  Do you have a Bobcat or other snow removal machines? (Not mandatory but a plus)  Able to do site visits to our clients? Then this is the job for you! Site and Dispatch Managers make 8% commission on managing projects. SDM’s are sometimes granted permission to service properties with the following rates: $30 per home with no driveway, $45 per home with one (1) driveway and $60 per home with two (2) driveways.
