Are you new to Real Estate Investing or looking for an opportunity to learn from an experienced Real Estate Investor? Look no further. Welcome to our 2nd Annual Ride Along This is an opportunity for newbie and want to be investors to spend a day with an experienced local investor who is actually closing deals in the Baltimore area. We will visit 3 current projects in different phases of construction. I will talk you through my decision making process and give you my list of automatic deal killers. We will visit with my personal General Contractor and my personal Lender. You will gain insight and clarity on the ins and outs of real estate investing. Note: We will meet at Home Depot for introduction and everyone will use their own transportation to commute to each property. I will provide an itinerary for each registered participant. Mask are a requirement while touring each property. Please dress warm, Q&A with Lender and GC will be held outside on property premises.
