Let's get moving and then get creative! Becky Mocarski will take us through a one hour Gentle Flow class to get the creative juices flowing. She will have the hot cocoa and hot tea ready to sip as she teaches us how to make a fun, display worthy holiday string art piece. No previous skills required. Bring your own hammer. All other materials provided. Wildlight Yoga is an adventure-inspired studio on Chicago’s northwest side where seekers and finders from the world over are welcomed to explore the practice of yoga as a lifestyle and journey. We honor the experience, stories, identities, and needs of all of our students and welcome any one at any point in that journey to practice with us.
