We're switching up our monthly Shaken N’ Stirred mixology classes for a delightful wine and cheese pairing! Cozy up in Tonic Bar & Lounge [21+] for a wine tasting etiquette lesson and an excellent pairing of four different fine wines and cheeses. A wine expert from Republic National Distributing Company will teach you how to swirl, sniff, and sip wine like a professional. Then, use your skills to taste four unique varietals. Parisian chef Julien Eelson of Whisk & Eggs will hand-select cheeses for this occasion. We will be tasting wines from these excellent vineyards: Cakebread | Napa Valley, CAFrancois Carillon | Burgundy, France Quilt | Napa Valley, CAZiata | Napa Valley, CA **Must be 21+ to participate.
