A private family seeks an experienced professional handyman/caretaker for property in Carson City. General duties include overseeing and completing maintenance, yard work, household tasks. Must be able to complete construction/handyman duties, to include completion of fencing, and other interior/exterior projects. 30 to 40 hours weekly, set schedule/days off. Long term position. Requirements: • A minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience with Private Families and Individuals • Excellent references from current and previous positions • Excellent computer skills required, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet and e-mail • Experience supervising/managing service staff and other outside vendors • Demonstrate an understanding of complex physical house systems (lighting, heating and cooling, security) • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Must be OK with working in an environment with both children and pets (no allergies) • Valid driver’s license • Experience operating heavy machinery To apply, please email resume.
