Their atmosphere and specialty drinks with high quality ingredients are a TREAT!! I am a health & wellness coach helping women feel their best by exchanging bad habits for good ones. As a way to slow the mind down, yet move your body I teach private yoga in my home-studio. I love sharing the movement and have built relationships to promote this energizing experience across the Des Moines Metro. My favorite is a vinyasa power flow, but I create yoga to fit the needs of my clientele and general public. I love the calm and peaceful experience Yoga has to offer.
