Need roommate asap. Beautiful 2 bedroom apt smoking ok outside there is small patio in living room and 2 good sized rooms. Price is only 975 a month wich would be perfect if i could split it w someone! I might own a pet or 2 down the road or even share/adopt a pet w me. Rent in half will be basically 500 each. Apt is in albany area by cvs on delaware ave contact if interested only pls do not flag my post this is not spam. Need someone now because apt is available now. This is down the road from me i looked inside already and met w landlord. I approve 👍. Wanting to move by the 1st hopefully ill hear from you before month officially ends. Move in w me!
