Celebrate the Holidays with the Italian-American tradition of the Feast of the Seven Fishes The Sicilian Tradition - Feast of the Seven Fishes For as long as Chef Jerry can remember, his family celebrated the coming of Christmas with the Feast of the Seven Fishes. It is a tradition he continued for years at his restaurant in Federal Hill, Corks and now at Schola. Join us on one of these evenings as we recreate this exceptional meal. To Start we'll make Jerry's Grandfather's specialty: Mussels, open face with Spicy Tomato & Parmesan along with Whipped Baccala and Fried Calamari. We’ll move on to Shrimp with Slow Roasted Fennel and Charred Citrus, Pasta alla Puttanesca and a Crab, Tomato and Basil Risotto. For the seventh fish we’ll braise fresh Cod Fillets in Roasted Red Pepper Pomodoro Sauce with white wine and toasted Pine Nuts. We’ll end the evening with some Italian Cookies and Candies.  $85. ​
