Their dishes are inspired by a beautiful blend of Mediterranean cultures that highlight fresh ingredients and delicious food! *TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE* I first learned to cook at a very young age!  My mother, who is of Lebanese descent, shared with me her love of cooking and the joy of serving fresh food to others.  Following my grandfather's tradition of using the freshest ingredients possible, each spring I plant a garden of my favorite vegetable and herbs.  I also enjoy making sausage, fresh cheese, jam, jelly, relish and have mastered the art of fresh pasta. I am now preparing to produce my first commercially available products: a specialty grape syrup - to enjoy on pancakes, waffles and ice cream, as well as my own delicious marinara sauce.  Both have been favorites at tastings at Hope and Main.  Please check in on my Secrets In The Kitchen Facebook page for updates on their release! As a long time member of the RI Chapter of the American Wine Society, I am an amateur winemaker and also produce my own coffee liqueur (Award Winner 2016), limoncello and orangecello (Award Winner 2015).
